Hey all! Welcome to another installment in what is rapidly becoming my not-so-regular regular Wednesday post! Snippet Wednesday! Yes, the double "regular" was intentional.

For several months going on a couple years now, people have been claiming that Google has quickly been devolving into a big, nasty, corporate monster capable of being fiendish invaders of privacy and web user rights, a state of being that they were renowned for decrying in other corporations. I wasn't really buying into it.
I'm going to let my Tweet speak for me as I have no words left...
Just a quick post to wish my lovely wife a happy birthday.
I love you, hon, with all my heart and look forward to the crazy years ahead. Together we can do *anything*. And I sincerely mean that.
Happy birthday, Katie.
After the mad dash that was fixing my commenting system, awaiting some feedback, and then fixing the fix, I needed a few days off to recover and make sure nobody else seemed to be having any issues. I guess it's staying as is for the foreseeable future.
Oh, and welcome to Snippet Wednesday. Still haven't heard from you all as to whether or not you can convince Bill Kurtis to record an audio welcome. C'mon people! Help me out.
So that whole post earlier today about registering to comment here? Let's pretend it didn't happen, okay? Too many issues already in the short time I had it implemented. We'll just pray we can get normal commenting to work again.
Please note that if you don't see an entry form field for the CAPTCHA right away to try clicking anywhere in the box and, supposedly, something will appear. We'll see.
I've been having quite the issue with commenting lately on this here blog. What I thought was isolated to just one browser and operating system seems to actually be a bit more widespread affecting readers regardless of O.S., browser, and whether you're on a desktop/laptop vs. mobile device.
Does anyone know Bill Kurtis personally? I think it would be awesome to have him record, "My name is Bill Kurtis and you're reading Snippet Wednesday at kapgar.com" and embed the MP3 in all future editions. Can anyone make this happen?
By the sound of things, I'm one of the only people in the world that was actually let down by this year's Super Bowl. And the commercials.
I don't like to get into political discussions on my blog. I don't feel entirely well versed in the topics and truly hate sounding stupid. You can probably count on one hand the number of times I've discussed politics. Let's see... Obama in 2008 and Bachmann last year. Yeah, that's about it.
Hey all! Welcome to another installment of Snippet Wednesday. I am kapgar and I will be your host on this crazy little blog. I hope you enjoy it!
