Welcome to another exciting installment of Snippet Wednesday!
Well, I think it's exciting anyway. Hopefully you do too. But, if I have to ask, then there's something inherently wrong, don't you think? Oh crap, I just asked another question! Stop that now!
I was in a bit of shock when I read this morning that Taylor Swift had reacted (well after the fact, mind you) so negatively to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler poking fun at her love life during the Golden Globe awards show by implying that the duo will rot in hell. Talk about lacking a sense of humor. Sure, it might sting in the heat of the moment, but the Golden Globes, or any award show for that matter are meant to have roast-style comments about celebrities made by their peers. It's a given. If you don't like it, don't live so much in the spotlight. Or, better yet, just get a life.

As I posted on Paternerdicus, the new trailer to Iron Man 3 looks just plain awesome! I seriously cannot wait for this movie and hope it makes up for the lackluster sequel that Iron Man 2 proved to be.
Photographically
I've noticed something since upgrading to the most recent version of iOS on our iPhones and iPads, the devices are no longer recognized by our version of iPhoto so we cannot sync photos down to the computer anymore. I realize that we have an old version of iPhoto. Like four years old. But I'm still surprised that this is happening when everything was so seamless before. Is this a known thing? Well, I priced a new version of iPhoto on the Mac App Store and it's $14.99. For as little as I use it, maybe I should just upgrade.
But then there's the part of me that is searching for a new photo editor since my version of Photoshop is CS1 and no longer usable on my Macs and I have no desire to spend multiple hundreds of dollars on a new copy. Should I look into something like Aperture? Does it provide similar functionality with good ease of use? I have a copy of Photoshop Elements now and absolutely hate it. Being as well versed in full Photoshop as I am, I find Elements to be a complete PitA to use. Is Aperture worth the money?
Moff
I was watching season two of Game of Thrones yesterday and, during a council scene featuring Lord Tywin Lannister, I was struck by something...

Separated at birth much??
Adios. I've got a dentist appointment tonight. Wish my teeth and gums luck.
