Oldies: January 11, 2000...
Here's something that really irks me... I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother from a company called 4cds.com. Now, with the rush on gift ordering online this year, it's understandable that they were not able to get it to me by Christmas, especially since I ordered it on Dec. 11. Well, I decided to give them a chance. Three-weeks-after-Christmas chance. I still haven't heard a damned thing from them. They sent me an order confirmation before Christmas, but it's been nearly four weeks since that was sent and they haven't told me if they still plan on filling the order or not! What the hell kind of bullshit is this? At least follow up with your customers if you are having trouble filling their orders! Or offer to cancel it for them or fill it for free (the latter being a real stretch). See if I ever order from them again, eh?
