Here's an interesting one... today Woody, his fiancee Kara, Katie, and I went to a Detroit Tigers game. It was a lotta fun and they did win. However, when we were leaving, I saw a banner on a nearby church that said "Pray for the Tigers here!" Now, their intent is all well and good. But, it kinda makes me wonder. If baseball is the national pasttime, would this banner be a conflict of the whole "church vs. state" debate? Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
Well, it's time to go screw up Woody's day! I know that sounds pretty bad, but it really isn't. Katie and I are going out to visit our friend Jason "Woody" Woods who has been transferred to Detroit due to his line of work -- nurse pimping. No, really, he's a guy who calls hospitals and places nurses in jobs... hence a "nurse pimp." Well, he should be surprised to see us. He has no idea we're coming.
Happy Anniversary Kate! No, it's not another year. Katie and I have been together for a year and five months. I know, I know... some people say it's sappy to celebrate each month. But, T.S. I say. Tough noogies. Kate and I will celebrate it anyway. Phhhbbbtttttt!!!!
Sorry I haven't been writing as much lately. I finally got my Mac back online today after moving back home. It's been hectic as all get out. But, it's finally all over with. I'm here to stay!!!
Today, I graduated with my M.A. Woo Hoo!! Katie also graduated with her B.S. As you would expect, I like to say she has a B.A. in B.S. Heh heh. She's gonna whomp on me for that one.
Howdy all, I know it's been a heckuva long time since I've written to you all. I've been a bit sidetracked unfortunately. Even though I don't have any final exams of my own, I've still been busy putting together a website that I've been freelancing on. Katie, on the other hand, has four finals. She's through two of them so far, but she's still got two pretty tough ones tomorrow and Thursday. Every one pull for her on these. They're gonna be a pain, but I know she'll get through them. Wish her luck, 'tay? I love ya Katie. You're gonna do great!
