Vinagrette? Recipes please.

I don't think I know anyone else whose favorite color is orange. Good on you for being different!

Sybil Law

You wake up on my birthday every day! Sweet. :)
I love orange, too. My living room is orange, actually.

My favorite color has changed throughout my life. Brown as a kid. Blue (and yellow according to Katie) in college. Red after that. Now orange for a few years. Not sure why it changes but it has.

As for the vinaigrette, it's equal parts picual olive oil and the flavored vinegar of choice. Then I season to taste with cracked black pepper and crushed mustard. And I'm starting to play with some other spices like garlic and whatnot. Then I shake it all up in a martini shaker. Voila!

I wake up on your birthday every day? I'll have to make note of that.

Send me a picture of your living room. I'm curious about the shade of orange you chose.

Why we are "related": morning person, tea drinker, Quantum Leap lover. ;)

Mr. D doesn't enjoy olives either but he cannot turn down Italian food.

We were sooooooo separated at birth. Well, minus the whole difference in birthdate and whatnot. Olives are evil.

Bob "Pappy" Richardson

Whenever someone says orange as their fav color, I ALWAYS think of Stanley Spadowski in UHF ... "I'M thinkin of something's an orange!"

loves me some Italian food and LOVES me some olives. All kinds! Love to taste all different ones. There was a Jewel by me that used to have an olive bar. Like 15 different kinds. YUMMY!

I've never seen UHF. The Dominicks near me has an olive bar. Knock yourself out.

Oh babies in the movie theater is a big pet peeve I forgot about!

Olives are one of my favorite foods. I taught my son early to put them on his fingers!

Poor kid and his olive-tinged fingers. For shame, mommy! ;-)
