I made it through the rain...
This is my final 2012 New Year's Resolution update post. I MADE IT!!
Done.
2. Read 20 books
Done, with my final book being a combination of Chew, vol. 1, and The Walking Dead, vols. 16 and 17.
3. Listen to one new band per month
Done, having checked out Grace Potter & the Nocturnals and not much else.
4. Finish watching through season 5 of Doctor Who
Done.
5. Learn how to make homemade pasta
Done!
6. Try one new recipe per week
The bucatini dish detailed in the link in number 5 above, banana pecan pancakes, Mexican pizza (with homemade flour tortillas), and a new macaroni and cheese recipe.
7. Continue my 365 days of photography challenge
Oh this was bad. I missed so many days this month and I think it's because I knew I wasn't going to do this again in 2013 and, therefore, just got lazy. Oh well. But I won't know how bad it is until I actually get going and rename the photos and add them to the Insty365 set. There's a whole new kind of motivation needed to finish that.
8. Post monthly updates on my progress
This. Is. It.
With this post, I bid 2012 adieu!
Happy New Year!
Major congrats on this. You checked off more on your list than I did mine (which reminds me, I need to get to my year end and start TINTFA 2013)

But remember that you had some really heavy TINTFA goals in place. Much tougher than mine.

Those Kitchenaid machines are like magic - you can make most anything out of them. In fact, maybe they can possibly solve the world's problems!
Ok probably not, but the homemade pasta is pretty impressive.
Some friends on FB said I should continue taking and posting a picture each day. I said no. 2012 was it for that. It's hard yo!
Happy new year friend!

Now imagine doing it for three years straight like I did. Hence why I'm done. And I do think Kitchenaid mixers could result in a lasting world peace. It should at least be attempted.
