Written...
I was supposed to attend an outdoor event for work yesterday. Basically just to help promote a new initiative at my job. Honestly, the details are unnecessary here.
Anyway, the weather wasn't playing nice with these plans and the start of the event was delayed two hours. I called my boss to ask what I should do. Unfortunately, she didn't pick up.
While I waited for her to return my call, I felt inspired and started writing a short story the concept for which had been stewing in my head for a little more than a year, I just had no idea how to start it.
I hashed all that out while sitting in the car and now I'm through three and a half pages. I still have a little more to write to close it out and then I may try submitting it to Thrice Fiction magazine.
Wish me luck.
How cool is this. Inspired to create a short story. Sorry to hear the wine festival was a bust.
Ahh.. Thrice Fiction.

Right on. Hoping RW (editor of Thrice Fiction) will pass it into publication.

I just hope it gets published. That would be cool. I finished it this morning.

Me too. I'm still south of the deadline for the December issue.
