Pink...
As of today, that Hyundai Sonata we bought what seemed like only a few months ago is now ours!
I can't believe five years have passed since we got it. Dang.
Where's my pink slip??

I see you now have a young driver in training too. ;) Congrats! We'll hopefully be finishing payment on our Subaru this year! Feels good doesn't it?

It does. Congrats to you, too (later this year anyway).

5 years old. That's a long time to have a car anymore. My 2012 Sentra just passed 4 years and will be paid off in 10 months.

It is but we tend to drive cars a long time. My truck was 13.5 years old before it died and I traded it in for the Sonata. Katie's Stratus is 15.5 years old and is very soon for replacement. We'd like to get on a 10-year cycle where we pay on my car for 5 years and then get Katie a new car to pay off for the next 5. Then my turn again. Ideally no overlapping car payments. We'll see how that pans out.

The 10 year cycle is a nice one to be in for getting another car. Hope it works out.
