I checked the date in my Fitbit a few hours ago and realized it was the 29th of the month and I hadn't given a second thought, let alone a first one, to completing my video goal for this month. 

Every time my buddy Dave2 sees a new superhero film, he adds it to his overall ranking of all modern superhero films. As the need arises, he will also alter the ranking of a film.

I saw a trailer the other day for a new NBC sitcom called Powerless. It stars Alan Tudyk as the coattail-riding cousin of Bruce Wayne trying to create and market products for a superhero-laden world that are, well, not so super. 

This selfie of Nathan and I dated back to January 12, 2013. How this photo is now four years old is beyond me. 

I had to take a half day off work today because of a service call on our furnace. For the last little while, it has been sounding less like a device that is meant to heat our house than it does a carnival ride complete with screaming passengers.

A good half dozen people gave what I thought was a perfectly acceptable answer to last week's challenge photo. "Cork."

I've had to do some work from home the last couple of days. This is a concept that has never been easy for me. Why? I'm easily distracted. If I'm at home, I may have TV, DVDs, Netflix, reading books or comics, napping, chores or, the biggest (and best) distraction of all, Nathan!

Due to his watching of toy review shows on YouTube, Nathan has become enamored of D.C. Comics Batman villains. One of the items regularly reviewed are Mashems and he loves them.

An interesting side note to my post about us going to the PBR event on Sunday. That night, Katie and I were catching up on some DVR’d shows and she fell asleep. So I watched a little more and then flipped out to live TV.

I did have a handful of correct guesses on last week's Macro Monday challenge photo. I don't recall who, offhand, so we'll just stick with "a handful."

We did something different today that turned out to be quite fun. Bull riding!

We finally got out to see Moana today with Nathan. One word... WOW!

Since I got this kickin' 7+, I've been wanting to test it out with some cool games. 

I was checking out my Dropbox folder of Nathan photos and found this gem of Nathan and Katie from just a few days after he was born. Probably within a day or two of coming home.

I did it! I did it! For the first time in nearly half a year, I finished reading a book!

I get annoyed when people don't know when to stop talking to you. Admittedly, I'm certain I've been guilty of it, too, but I at least try.

Eventually, all three of us have to get over the varied illnesses we have been fostering and all be healthy at the same time, right?

We woke up at 5 a.m.

We were on the road at 6:10 a.m.

We picked up Katie's cousin at 6:35 a.m.

On the weekend or any day that you don't have to work, the last thing you want to do is wake up even earlier than you otherwise would and return to your workplace.

As you know, I'm a comic book fan. But there has always been a certain stigma to it despite my enjoyment of the medium. 

Seeing as this is going to be my last ever goals recap post, I really want to make it a brief one. Let's test just how quick.
