My open enrollment changed this year as I added my wife to my insurance (she's been on her own for a good 10 years now as it was cheaper for each of us to carry our own at our respective places of employment). That changed this year as she is planning a job change and it was easier just to add her to mine during the open enrollment.
I have to admit that doing all of it online (via ADP portal) was a much better experience than previous years.

Ours is all online as well but Katie’s portal is a far cry from what my company uses.
