While going through things as part of our latest home renovation project, Katie found this in a drawer...

She’s pretty certain it was given to me by my parents and that it’s my heartbeat. This is easily the most unique tape I own.

I just need to decide if I’m going to risk listening to it. As old as it is, I worry that throwing it in a deck will destroy it.

Any way you could hook the tape deck up to your laptop and create a mp3 of it? Hopefully you'd capture it on first attempt and if the tape doesn't stand the test of time at least you'd have a copy.
