Considering how long it’s been since I’ve been regularly exercising, I like that I’ve done a lot of improvement on my daily steps. I reported back in September that I hit multiple goal 9 out of 10 and 12 out of 15 days.

Now, though, I have hit my goal 15 straight days!

Combine that with the rest of my current streak and I’m at 31 of 36 days. I’m really happy with that. And I think I’ve finally figured out how to keep it going to the point that maybe I can increase my step goal for the first time in three years.

That is awesome! The only times I hit my goal are the rare times I make a gym visit or I attend Austin City Limits for 3 days.

I hit 16 days straight and then crashed. I've had four days since then where I've missed my goal entirely. Time to get back on the wagon.
