I had a tough week at work. Nothing bad, just busier than normal and I wasn’t feeling good about the work I did. 

That can have a really negative effect on your upcoming weekend, right? 

But you can easily achieve the opposite of that by having something really good happen to counteract all the negatives. For me, that counteraction was an end-of-day demo session today in which I presented all the work I had done and it went over really well. 

Silver linings, eh? I’ll take ‘em!
