Whole 30, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Plant-Based, Atkins, Intermittent Fasting, you name it.
And not a single person really knows what works best.
I’ve debated a few of these throughout my life.
There was one point in time where I used to get so sick on red meat that I thought I would have no choice but to go vegetarian.
Thankfully I figured out it was a matter of how it was cooked. I need my meat dead. Medium-well to well-done.
