Kevism: Teach...


I went for a 4.5 mile walk this morning. Got up early and just headed out with an audiobook pumping in my ear. 

I felt really good afterward. Especially since the weather was beautiful and I got to see (not all but some of) the sunrise.



I do, however, get the feeling I'll pay for it later. Being my first big walk in a long time, I'm going to be in pain.

4.5 miles is great. My normal for my mostly daily walks is 1.5 miles. I did a 4.82 mile walk this week and it wore me out.


Of course my steps bottomed out for a couple weeks after this. Much better this week, though.
