As we can’t do what has become our annual holiday tradition and go on a Park District-sponsored trip on the “Polar Express,” we took part in a new event. 


Santa came to our house for a socially distant visit with Nathan! And he loved it! 


The Park District decorated one of their buses, stocked it up with elves and Santa, a camera and printer, a loudspeaker for music, and goodie bags. 


Honestly, it was a lot of fun! 


We would totally do it again.


But, hopefully, we won’t have to.
