Contrary to what I may have said previously, it looks like we are going to a theme park while we are in California next month. And the winning choice? Disneyland. We're even going to try to do both parks in a single day.

We discovered that going to both parks -- Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park -- out there isn't so bad financially. And, despite the parks having re-opened, it appears that not all attractions have re-opened within each park. So, instead of potentially running out of things to do by only going to one park that isn't fully opened, we'll give ourselves a little more to choose from across both of them.

Oh, and I guess I shouldn't fail to mention that Katie and I will likely be getting in for free. We had multipark passes from way back in the early 2000s when we went to Disneyworld and we discovered that, while Land passes cannot be used at World, the reverse is not true. World passes, because they cost more, can be used at Land. Okay, so maybe we're losing out on a little money by spending them at the lesser expensive of the two, but it saves us bookoo cash.

Now we just gotta get it all booked.

Today, we went on our first family theater outing since the opening weekend of Disney/Pixar’s Onward in March of 2020. We saw Disney’s Cruella, the live-action origin story of Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians. I’m not here to review...

Holy crap! Week 26! We’re halfway through the year now??? Ugh. Back on topic, last week’s #MiniMoviePosterMonday was a personal fave, Brian De Palma’s The Untouchables, which was clearly not the case for @chicagomatt and his correct guess. Any guesses...

Sounds like a great plan!

It may be somewhat unrealistic to try to do both parks in one day. They may end up carrying you out!!

We are also headed there later this month, though we aren’t doing both parks in a single day. I’ve booked two days at each park.

That’s a lot of time.
