WOW! I had a pretty amazing January in terms of reading. And, while I know some people don't tend to look so kindly on graphic novels when it comes to reading goals, I don't care. I won't count individual issues, but I will count graphic novels and collected editions, as most of you know. And, yes, that did boost my count a little. But, again, I don't care.

Last night, Katie and I were looking for something to watch and came across a new series on Netflix starring Kristen Bell called, and this is for real, The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window. At least, that’s what I think it’s called.

We decided to reorganize our pantry and a cabinet or two. In order to achieve this, we ordered a box of stackable plastic containers from Amazon.

Today I realized I had a really old oil change reminder sticker on my windshield that had never been replaced despite having at least one oil change done since this time. Seeing it got me wondering how much I've driven during the pandemic.

As an adult and parent striving to help my son pick up LEGO bricks he missed from the floor, it amazes me to think back to my younger days and how much more dexterous I was and capable of easily peeling up those colorful bits of plastic from hard flooring and carpets.

So I finally started this last night…

An interesting bit of news came down the pipeline today and I wanted to weigh in on it. Veteran rocker Neil Young of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and the wet dream of indie and grunge rockers everywhere has said he wants his music removed from the streaming service Spotify.

I am going to have to do another split win for last week’s #MiniMoviePosterMonday challenge photo. Both Stacey and Matt correctly guessed Forgetting Sarah Marshall and I have no idea who was first.

I’m always disappointed that more people aren’t on the Fletch bandwagon. Alas, only two correct guesses that I saw. That movie deserves so much more credit and appreciation than it seems to have.

I’m not sure if any of you are familiar with Penzey’s Spices but they are a spice maker and distributor out of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and have a store near where I used to work a couple jobs ago.

Today I went down an IMDb rabbit hole when a discussion on my work Slack veered toward the old 80s/90s sitcom Cheers. I looked at the main listing page for the show on IMDb and suddenly wondered what happened to Woody's wife Kelly. And, with that...

My Sister-in-Law Jen got the final #minimoviepostermonday challenge photo of 2021 with Last Christmas.

Look, I'm happy that recreational marijuana is now legal. It was a huge waste of money and resources how much was spent upon the criminalization of marijuana. But I'm going to be honest here... I am so tired of smelling it on people the few times I go out. Grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, walking around my town, whatever. I just can't take it anymore. Can y'all at least Fabreze yourselves when you're done?
