Last weekend, when we grilled out, I looked at the inside of the grill and could tell I desperately needed to deep clean it.

I really shouldn’t have waited because today when I grilled, the entire inside of the grill caught on fire turning our burgers into hockey pucks and singeing the hair on my right arm.

I did a quick scraping and rinsing out of the inside while Katie ran out to get more burgers and the next batch turned out great. But I still need to do a true deep cleaning. I love this grill and want it to last.
