I love those months where, for the first 15-20 days, you only finish one book. And you start to sweat about achieving your goal. Then, bam bam bam bam bam… you hammer out five books in the final 10 days without even batting your eyebrows. Goal achieved. Actually, goal surpassed!

It’s amazing these days the level of disarray your life delves to when you lose that oh-so-precious connection to the internet.

Don’t you just hate when you swore that you posted everyday and then you go back just to verify because you’re paranoid and a completist like that only to discover you missed a day on which you’re certain you wrote something but you cannot find it for the life of you?

Whoever created the .webp image format needs to be shot and hung by… whatever they have available to be hung from painfully.

After reading my first Junji Ito horror manga earlier this year and then following it up with two more in subsequent months, I really thought I would keep it up and just read a new book each month.

Nathan had a project at school where he had to create a simple circuit board that would trigger an LED bulb when the correct leads, given several choices, were paired up.

Okay, I realize that the explosion of the SpaceX Starship rocket was a good thing overall because it helped them identify issues for future proofing and the like. Supposedly they saw themselves as even further ahead of the game than they were pre-launch.

Holy cow! Just about a month until we go on vacation. I can't believe how quickly the time has flown between hearing about the need to start planning this trip and actually freaking out about it happening. 

Adidas has been a brand as long as I can remember. Shoes, clothing, sports equipment, whatever. But it was always a secondary or tertiary brand. Not one that we would think of as top of the line. Certainly not something we sought out or pined over.

Not that anyone asked for it, but I made a video of me solving a Rubik’s Cube anyway.

I totally appreciate attention to detail in life. Doesn’t have to be anything big, either. I just like knowing that someone cared about something… anything… enough to take time to put in a little extra effort.

At some point in the past that I cannot find anymore, I wrote about how my wife and I like to take stickers and put them inside our phone cases to spice them up a bit. But we don’t peel the backs off so we can swap them out easily with no case damage.

Nathan seemed to have a happy Easter today.
