Keurig…

My beloved Keurig K Supreme brewer died last Wednesday.

It worked perfectly fine on Monday and Tuesday of last week. Made some good coffee. Wednesday, though? It wouldn’t turn on at all.

Ugh.

Thankfully I had just finished making a batch of cold brew and I also have both a pour over brewer and French press buried in the back of a cabinet. It would prove to all be necessary. My craving for coffee demands it.

I think I’m going to hold off on buying a new coffeemaker until I really find something that speaks to me. With my back-up brewing methods, I’m covered. I have missed the ol’ French press.

Sadness. My ex-wife got the Keurig when we separated. I have a Cuisinart 4-cup now. I have a pour over as my backup.

I’ve been pretty happy with the French press for the last week now. Just takes more coffee to make a batch.
