Libroqueue 2024.10…
🎶Do you remember? Reading seven books in September?🎵
In September, I planned to read:
- Half of Joe Hill’s The Fireman
- Zoje Stage’s Dear Hanna
- Cullen Bunn’s Shadowman, book one
- Joshua Williamson’s Nailbiter, vol. 7: Nailbiter Returns
- Joshua Williamson’s Nailbiter, vol. 8: Nailbiter Returns
And I finished reading:
- All of Joe Hill’s The Fireman
- Zoje Stage’s Dear Hanna
- Cullen Bunn’s Shadowman, book one
- Joshua Williamson’s Nailbiter, vol. 7: Nailbiter Returns
- Joshua Williamson’s Nailbiter, vol. 8: Nailbiter Returns
- Charles Soule’s Star Wars: Dark Droids
- Jamison Shea’s I Feed Her to the Beast and the Beast is Me
As I wrote a week or so ago, I couldn’t believe how quickly I tore through The Fireman. Blew me away. I was even able to add another graphic novel in Droids and a audiobook in Feed. A goal of five and I met it with seven.
My goal for October will be:
- Stephen Graham Jones’ I Was a Teenage Slasher
- Ira Levin’s Rosemary’s Baby
- James Tynion IV’s Something is Killing the Children, vol. 4
- James Tynion IV’s Something is Killing the Children, vol. 5
- James Tynion IV’s Something is Killing the Children, vol. 6
I have never read Rosemary’s Baby nor seen the movie, both of which are considered masterpieces of the genre in their respective media. I plan to resolve both of those issues this month.
Your reading repertoire is definitely weird!!
