I took down mine and Nate’s bikes from the garage racks. I checked his tires and they were fine. I checked my tires and they were low.

I grabbed the tire pump and used it on the back tire, released the lock mechanism, and tried to remove the nozzle from the stem valve.

Big huge burst of air as every single pound per square inch of pressure came hissing out. The nozzle on my pump tore the valve stem free from the tire tube. Yikes!

And now I’m not going for a bike ride.
