Fitness Play

My first full month of Apple Watch Ring tracking and how did I do?

First off, 19 days where I closed all three rings and 12 additional days where I closed two of three rings (it’s likely to always be the green Exercise Ring that winds up being left behind). I probably won’t always keep count of the 2/3 rings since it seems like I will almost always achieve that. 

I also discovered that the little green dot to the top right of each ring indicator in the graphic represents a day where I completed a verified exercise program that was tracked in the Fitness app. So chalk up 20 of those as well!

And if anyone knows how to make my Fitness app calendar use Sunday-Saturday week display, please let me know. A Google search claimed I had to have my iPhone and Apple Watch system calendar start the week on Sunday but they both are. They’ve never been anything but. So I’m at a loss.

31 of 31 and I was much closer to being day-of accurate in my posting this past month than I have been in a while. So that’s a good trend to start.
