Alter
I recently discovered a new channel in our DirecTV Stream lineup called Horror by ALTER. I'd never heard of it and they never told us it was being added. But, hey, horror movies!
I went through their playlist on the channel guide and started setting our DVR to record a bunch of them. After a couple weeks of waiting, I think I had about four movies waiting for me. And tonight I wanted to watch one of them. Any one of them.
The first one I recorded turned out to not be what was scheduled and what it was held my interest for exactly 30 seconds... DELETE!
The second one was just plain stupid, trying to be an artsy slasher and it lost me after three minutes... DELETE!
The third one had a little promise but got weird quick. But at least I made it through five minutes... DELETE!
The fourth one lost me on the opening credits... DELETE!
Well, so much for that. I did find some more to record to the DVR. Maybe they'll be a bit better.
