Blurghh

It arguably hit about 100°F by us today. There was some variance but it generally stayed anywhere from 92-100°F.

But when Katie and I went to pick up pizza from Lou Malnati’s, I walked out grateful for our excessive heat. Why? The a/c in Lou’s was busted and it was at least 20° hotter in the waiting area.

The cook who was outside to “cool off” told me it was probably another 10-15° hotter in the kitchen where they were running 500° pizza ovens.

There was a guy there trying to fix the a/c  he’d been there five hours. He still couldn’t find the problem. Meanwhile, the employees in that place were peeling shirts from sweat drenched skin.

I just can’t. No thank you. Never.

This is so perfect. And, sadly, it might be the only way to get this epidemic to end. I will warn you that it’s long (11:25) but I loved it. To her “300 followers,” stop enabling this behavior!

I’m just gonna leave this here for you. No filters. Dim lighting courtesy of Cooper’s Hawk. That is all.
