Nate spent the night along with one of his cousins at my parents’ house. Katie and I spent the night eating Chinese food and enjoying some wine and then crashing hard asleep.
Today, though, we got up and did some stuff around the house and then decided, very last second, to go get some brunch. We invited the SiL along and, again at the very last second, changed the location of our brunch from Syrup to Cooper’s Hawk. Upon arrival at Cooper’s Hawk, we made a final last-second decision to sit outside.
If not for these three last-second decisions, Katie would not have seen a car pull up in front of Cooper’s Hawk and park. A car that was bearing NEW HAMPSHIRE LICENSE PLATES!!!
It only took 13.5 months, but I finished my 50 States Plates game!! For the record, the final tally included all 50 states, DC, Guam, a couple states in Mexico, and I’m fairly certain all Canadian provinces.
I’m starting another round and since the car was still there when I decided to start again, New Hampshire is DONE!
